When the parts are sucked, the negative pressure sensor detection value is within a certain range. When inside the machine is normal, otherwise the suction is bad.

Therefore, the filter in the vacuum pump should be cleaned regularly to ensure sufficient negative pressure; At the same time, the working status of the negative pressure detection sensor should be checked regularly.
On the other hand, the filter on the placement head and the filter on vacuum nozzle are blackened due to the pollution and blockage of the surrounding environment or the impure air source. Therefore, the filter should be replaced regularly. Вообще, the filter on the nozzle should be replaced at least once every two weeks, and the filter on the placement head should be replaced at least once every six months to ensure smooth airflow.
2. Air source circuit pressure relief, such as aging and rupture of rubber air pipes, aging and wear of seals, and wear of placement nozzles after long-term use, и так далее. A large amount of waste generated after the components are cut, causing the suction nozzle of the placement machine to be blocked.
Therefore, due to the daily inspection of the cleanliness of the suction nozzles and the monitoring of the pick-up of the suction nozzles at any time, the nozzles that are blocked or poorly picked should be cleaned or replaced in time to ensure a good state. Ensure correct and firm installation, otherwise it will cause damage to the nozzle or equipment.
