Temperature rewarming: Temperature rewarming is carried out according to categories and ticket work orders, and manual/MES online reservations are supported. The time can be set according to solder paste needs.
Stirring: The solder paste is automatically stirred after the temperature rewarming is completed. The stirring time and rotation speed parameters can be set freely, 1/2 bottle at a time.
Discharging: Strictly implement the first-in, first-out discharging principle of solder paste (feeding time or production date).
MES: Personalized MES tracing, real-time data integrated with the MES, ERP, and WMS system.
Traceability: The information of each bottle of solder paste can be traced forward/reversely, and the equipment LOG can be monitored and queried.
