When the Hitachi SL feeder is used, the cover tape will be treated with carrier tape through the newly implemented cover tape treatment method of the SL feeder.
As the cover tape is always attached to the carrier tape an additional benefit is that it significantly reduces the dust particles and/or paper fibers generated by the use of conventional feeders and improves the accuracy and stability of component feeding.
At the same time reducing machine maintenance. By using Hitachi SL feeders, the equipment will be run more efficiently, contributing to improved utilization and component mounting quality.
