Problem:Do you feel frustrated about the frequent damage of the 0402 resistor and capacitor of the GXH-1S.
Some were cracked after passing through the reflow oven and some were cracked under a high magnification microscope. The nozzles and placement head are regularly maintained and calibrated, as well as CPK calibration. How to solve this problem?
Solution:
1. Check whether the thickness of the components in the database matches the actual material. The thickness of different brands will be different.
2. Check the mounting height of components and whether the pressing force is too large.
3. Whether the calibration value of the head height is normal.
