FUJI Tray Feeder-M/L
It can be divided into single-layer structure and multi-layer structure. The single-layer tray feeder is directly installed on the feeder frame of the placement machine. Occupying multiple bad positions and is suitable for the situation that the tray type material is not much.
The multi-layer tray feeder has multi-layer automatic conveying trays, which occupies a small space and has a compact structure, which is suitable for the situation where there are many trays. Most of the tray components are various IC integrated circuit components.
When using palletized materials, care should be taken to keep the exposed components of the large tube corners to prevent damage to mechanical and electrical properties during transportation and use. When using TQFP, PQFP, BGA, TSOP and SSOPs components in the tray, the tray size can reach 150mm x 330.2mm and the height is 25.4mm. The tray feeder can not only supply the placement machine to pick up components, but also can be used as a potential throwing station for valuable components
