. Clean of the tape guide
In gap between the tape guide rail and the plate. If the garbage is dropped into the electronic parts.The tape guide rail may be loosened and the component transfer port portion may be deformed resulting in a displacement of the component adsorption position. When a similar phenomenon occurs follow steps below to clean it.
Step1 remove the tape guide.
Loosen the screws that secure the upper rail guide shaft and remove the tape guide and rail shaft. Use a screwdriver to turn the tape guide shaft for easy removal.
Step2 is cleaned.
Please use a brush to tape between the rail and the plate.
Step 3 confirm the operating state of the component transfer port.
Confirm that the component transfer port is operating correctly. If you caught or slow, please change new tape guide in time.
Step4 Equipped with a tape guide.
Install the tape guide and rail shaft on the plate in reverse order. Please use a slotted screwdriver to turn rail shaft 180° counterclockwise.Add elasticity. Hold this state and tighten the set screw of the tape guide shaft. Then, make sure no gap between guide and plate.
