The principle of welding ERSA wave solder: It is to let the circuit board of the inserted or mounted components contact the wave crest of the molten solder to realize continuous automatic welding. Double wave soldering: There are two wave crests in front of the solder pot, the former one is narrower (the ratio of crest to wave width is greater than 1).
There are 2-3 staggered small peaks at the peak end. Under the action of such a turbulent wave that continuously and rapidly flows up, down, left and right, the gas generated by the welding heat is eliminated, and the surface tension effect is also weakened, so as to obtain a good welding. The latter wave peak is a two-way wide flat wave, and the solder flow is flat and slow, which can remove excess solder, eliminate burrs, bridges and other undesirable phenomena.
